Rules for processing personal data

1. Definitions

1.1. Data Controller and websites www.noburst.com The operator (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller") is UAB "Esminė jungtis", company code 304126049, VAT payer code LT100009770411, Bitininkų g. 11, LT-38127, Velžys, Panevėžio r., Republic of Lithuania, e-mail address - noburstphoto@gmail.com.

1.2. "Customer" means a natural or legal person with legal capacity who has purchased services from the Online Shop.

1.3 The Personal Data Processing Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"), govern the basic principles of collection, processing and storage of personal data, which the Data Controller relies on when processing the personal data of the Customer.

2. General provisions

2.1 The processing of the Buyer's personal data shall be governed by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the collection of such data, as well as by these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 Customer data shall be collected for specified and legitimate purposes and processed fairly and accurately.

3. Processing of personal data

3.1 The Buyer agrees that the personal data which he voluntarily provides at the time of ordering shall be processed in accordance with these Rules.

3.2 The Buyer has the right to access his/her personal data and the right to request the rectification or removal of any incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate or inaccurate personal data by sending an email to noburstphoto@gmail.com. In this case, the Seller shall immediately comply with the Buyer's request (within 14 days).  

3.3 The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer's personal data for the purpose of processing orders for services or for the performance of other contractual obligations undertaken. The Customer may, by placing an order, express his/her consent/non-consent to the use of his/her personal data.

3.4 The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, with the exception of the Data Controller's partners providing services related to the proper execution of the Buyer's order. In all other cases, the Buyer's personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.5 Personal data shall be processed using secure measures to protect such data against unlawful destruction, disclosure or other unauthorised acts.

4. Changes to the Rules

4.1 The Data Controller shall have the right to amend the Terms and Conditions in part or in full by notifying noburst.com online shop. The Seller undertakes to make it technically possible for the Customer to re-accept the updated Privacy Policy. 

4.2 Amendments or changes to the Terms and Conditions shall come into force from the date of their publication, i.e. from the date on which they appear on the noburst.com online shop.

4.3 If the Buyer does not agree with the new version of the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer shall have the right to withdraw in writing.

4.4 If the Customer continues to use the services provided by the Online Shop after the addition or modification of the Terms and Conditions, the Customer shall be deemed to accept the new version of the Terms and Conditions.

5. Presentation and transmission of information

5.1 All notifications relating to the processing of personal data shall be made to the Data Controller by email at noburstphoto@gmail.com.

5.2 The Data Controller shall reply in the same form in which the notification or claim was received.

6. Cookies (cookies)

6.1 A cookie is a small text document with a unique identification number that is transmitted from a website to a person's computer to distinguish between the person's computer and browser type and to view the person's online activity. The unique number identifies a person's browser each time the person visits a website. Cookies do not allow personal information (such as a person's name and address) to be remembered. Websites use cookies to keep statistics, such as the number of times a person visits a website and traffic. Such information is not linked to personal information. A person may disable the use of cookies at any time, but without cookies some features of noburst.com may not work or may not work properly.

6.2 Purposes of using cookies:

6.2.1. for the purpose of creating a shopping cart (for the core business of the website) and for the purpose of calculating website visitor statistics. When using the website, the customer may be required to register in order to order furniture. In this case, the customer will be asked to provide personal data (such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.). The Company shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to use in any lawful manner all information and data provided by the person, whether through registration or otherwise. A cookie for the creation of a shopping cart is created when the user uploads items to the shopping cart and is deleted when the user closes (logs out) the website window (ends the session).

8.1 This Privacy Policy is up to date as of 07.09.2022. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be notified in accordance with clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

By subscribing to the noburst.com newsletter, your email address will be added to our subscriber database. As long as your email address is included in this database, we will be able to send you newsletters. You can always unsubscribe and remove your email address from this database by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the newsletter or by emailing us at noburstphoto@gmail.com. We may use a third party service (Shopify) to send these newsletters. If you believe that your personal data has been used inappropriately, you have the right to contact the State Inspectorate for Personal Data.
